  • Sixth Form Enrolment and GCSE results day

    Congratulations to our year 11 class who collected their results from the Sixth Form Centre this morning. It was great to see so many students here in person after a few years disruption. We will continue to see many students next year as they continue their journey on to Hutton Sixth Form For those who have chosen to study elsewhere, we wish you the best of luck with whatever you do next. As well as saying goodbye to some of our year 11 students, this is also the time of year we welcome a new group of sixth formers.

  • Lake District Visit

    A Level geographers had the best time in the Lake District. They had a talk about the value of the Narltional Park at Brockhole on Windermere. They then carried out primary data collection at Grasmere.

  • Chester Zoo Trip

    Year 12 visited Chester Zoo for our annual Psychology and Sociology field trip. The students had the opportunity to put the theories learnt in lessons into practise through observing animal behaviour.A lovely day was had by all!

  • Biology Field Trip

    Year 12 geographers enjoyed their day at Ainsdale. John Dempsey from Green Sefton discussed the sand dune system and management of the SSSI. They were then able to collect their own primary data.
