Enrichment

More Than Just Lessons

At Hutton Sixth Form, we believe that what you do outside the classroom is just as important as what you learn in it.

Alongside your academic studies, you’ll have loads of opportunities to get involved in a wide range of enrichment activities – everything from clubs and trips to events and challenges. These are all part of our strong sense of community. You won’t just mix with your classmates – you’ll get to know students in both Year 12 and Year 13.

Each subject offers its own exciting extras – from Science Cafes and theatre trips to zoo visits and fieldwork. These activities are fun, help bring your learning to life, and look great on job or university applications.

Our top tip? Get stuck in. Whether it’s extra-curricular (like sports or clubs) or super-curricular (like competitions, talks, or subject-related projects), these activities aren’t just fun – they help build important life skills and can make a real difference when it comes to applying for jobs, apprenticeships, or university.
