  • HGSA 200 Club

    The Hutton Grammar School Association are re-establishing the 200 Club as part of our fundraising efforts for the year. In light of the current restrictions on households mixing it is unlikely that we will be able to hold our usual fundraising events and so we are looking for alternative ways to raise money to support the school. Parents are invited to join the 200 Club for the year by paying for a number in our monthly draws. A payment of £12 gets you one number in each of the monthly draws, £24 gets you two numbers, £36 gets you three numbers and so on.

  • Easyfundraising

    HGSA easyfundraising - Raise money for the school without having to donate cash! The HGSA has subscribed to the ‘easyfundraising’ initiative which gives the opportunity to raise money for the school via online shopping. A large number of retailers give cash back rewards to the school when staff, parents and carers do their shopping online through the easy fundraising link. We are asking friends and supporters of the school to subscribe to the initiative, which is free, and then use the link when they shop online with retailers who are also subscribed.

  • Jeans for Genes

    Year 12 students have been taking part in Jeans for Genes Day on Friday 18th September to help raise money to make a difference for children with genetic diseases. Year 13 will also take part next week (after their exams) and we hope this will make a great start to our charitable fundraising in the 2020-21 academic year.

  • Old Huttonian Association Reunion

    Centenary Celebration Saturday 24 th September 2022 Dear Old Huttonians, The Old Huttonian Association was first convened in 1921 by the Rev C P Hines and it celebrated its 100 th birthday last year. Alas, due to covid it was not possible to celebrate the event. The Association invites you to this year’s Reunion which will be held in the School Hall on Saturday 24 th September 2022 and some time will be given to look back over the 100 year history of the association. The Hog Roast will be provided by the Striped Pig Company which is run by Old Huttonians Will and John Walne.

    Old Huttonian Association Centenary Celebration! Dear Old Huttonians We hope you still have good memories of the school and your time spent here. The last reunion was scheduled for 25 th April 2020, but, alas, due to the pandemic it and other attempts to organize a reunion have been thwarted. The Association would have been 100 years old in 2021 and with that in mind we believe it should be recognized and celebrated at the next reunion.
