SIAMS Church School Inspection
An inspection of our work as a Church of England school was carried out under the SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) Framework on 26 and 27 January 2026.
The inspection explored how our shared vision shapes every aspect of school life, including: vision and leadership; vision and curriculum; worship and spirituality; vision and school culture; vision, justice and responsibility; and Religious Education.
The full inspection report can be viewed below. It includes many affirming highlights, such as:
"Hutton’s carefully crafted vision is deeply rooted, meaningful and highly appropriate for its community. Along with its underpinning core value, it infuses life and work throughout the school and enables pupils and adults to flourish."
"Christians, and believers from a range of world faiths and those of none, warmly welcome and include one another. Pupils know and encourage one another well."
"Pupils enjoy RE lessons and appreciate opportunities to think deeply and explore different philosophies and
responses to life and living."
We are incredibly proud of this recognition and grateful to everyone who contributed to the inspection. A huge thank you goes to our pupils, who spoke so thoughtfully and confidently with inspectors and to the parents who generously gave their time to share their experiences and support.
