  • Hutton Students Shine in GCSEs

    Hutton Church of England Grammar School is proud to be celebrating another outstanding set of GCSE results. In English, 86% of students achieved grades 9–4, while in Maths 83% reached the same benchmark. STEM subjects continue to be a particular strength, with exceptional outcomes in the Sciences: 95% of students achieved a grade 9–4 in Biology, 94% in Chemistry, 94% in Physics, and 70% in Combined Sciences. Success was also reflected across a wide range of option subjects.

  • HUTTON SIXTH FORM STUDENTS CONTINUE TO EXCEL!

    Hutton Grammar School Sixth Form students are once again celebrating excellent A-level results, maintaining the school’s long-standing reputation for academic excellence and personal achievement. Students across a wide range of subjects were rightly rewarded for their hard work and dedication over the past two years, as they now begin the next exciting chapter in their journeys. Particular successes were seen in English and Computing, where 50% of students achieved A*- A grades. History students also excelled, with 100% attaining A*- C grades.

    LCC Performance in Education visited us to teach year 7 students about road safety.

    Starting secondary school is a time when many students begin travelling independently for for the first time. The show and workshop which follows helps to educate pupils to recognise risks, make informaed decisions and Manage their personal safety.
