    Hutton Grammar School Association - Plant Sale Saturday 18 th May 2024 We will be holding our annual Plant Sale on Saturday 18th May from 12 noon – 3pm and Newgate Nurseries will again be our supplier. All the plants are of top quality and are being sold at very competitive prices. Hanging basket refills are also available.     Congratulation to Hutton student Matthew who came second in the London Mini Marathon U17's race over the weekend.

  • Year 10 Maths Feast

    Well done to Raayan, Toby, Adam and Joshua who represented Hutton at the AMSP Maths Feast at Lancaster University on Thursday. Out of the 24 teams that took part , they came 7th . They were also congratulated on being the team that scored consistently highly in all rounds of the Maths Feast. Well done boys!

  • Year 11 Garden Party

    We are holding our year 11 leavers' gathering on Thursday 23rd May during the school day. We are creating a garden party style event, where we will hold our annual whole year football match and set up some other activities for the boys to enjoy. As part of the celebration, we are arranging a collection of pizzas from Craft & Crust in Penwortham. The cost of the pizza will be £8.50 and pupils can chose to order a 12" margherita or pepperoni, vegan cheese will also be available.

  • Sixth Form Rugby Success

    Congratulations to our 1st XV rugby team for winning their final against Liverpool College - 17-15.

    It was a really tough game, but the stubbornness and resilience that has defined their season was enough to get them over the line. The win makes the team Lancashire Champions - an excellent end to many of our sixth formers 7 years of competing with the school!

  • School Ski Trip - Folgarida 2024

    A group of our students had a wonderful half term on the slopes in Folgarida. All the boys were outstanding and did the school proud! 

    Whilst daytime consisted of plenty of skiing and snowboarding, evenings were spent playing football, ice skating and doing karaoke.
